What eduDOTS offers

eduDOTS streamlines the skills and focuses needed in the first two years of teaching, ensuring PCT can track towards the Practising Teacher Criteria (PTC). These are then structured into user-friendly programmes, that can be adapted to suit the needs of PCT or tailored to align with your school's values.

The backbone of the eduDOTS programmes ensure that PCT are able to recognise the 6 Standards for the Teaching Profession in action, establish foundational skills to develop their teaching practice from and offer perspective on what becoming a teacher truly entails.

This profession is highly rewarding but, in the beginning, can sometimes seem disjointed and arduous. eduDOTS recognises the reality of this profession and seeks to 'empower and connect beginning teachers' in order to create an education network of passionate teachers that inspire youth and are assertive in their career choice.

PCT Programmes

Termly programmes that provide structure, content and resources for running an effective PCT Programme in your school.

These programmes ensure internal facilitators have the time to observe, engage and support, maximising the  allocated time assigned with their role.

These programmes are part of our 2021 Pilot Programmes* and subject to limited spaces.
